Where a duplicate account is detected, pt98 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balance pending investigation.

5.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposited funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
5.2 Withdrawals

Anti-Money Laundering: pt98 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity. Any attempt to use the platform for money laundering, structuring of transactions, or other financial crime will result in immediate account suspension, full forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities.
5.3 Currency
All transactions on pt98 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Account balances, bet amounts, winnings, and withdrawal amounts are all displayed in Rp. pt98 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
pt98 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, in addition to the general rules set out in this clause.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each specific promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms; failure to do so results in automatic expiry of the bonus balance.

7.1 Sports Betting
Odds are quoted in the format selected in your account settings. pt98 reserves the right to suspend, void, or limit betting markets at any time in response to suspicious betting patterns, data errors, or events beyond our control. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets that include a voided selection will have that leg removed, with the remaining selections settling at the adjusted combined odds. 7.2 Togel
Results for togel markets — including Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), and Togel Sydney (SDY) — are sourced from the official draw results published by the respective lottery authorities. pt98 bears no responsibility for delays, errors, or discrepancies in the official draw publication. All togel bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled by the player after draw time has passed.
7.3 Live Casino & Slots
All casino games are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft (Pocket Games Soft), NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game's rules, paytable, and RTP percentage are accessible within the game interface. pt98 does not alter the game mechanics or RTP settings delivered by the provider. In the event of a game disconnection during a live session, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the moment of disconnection, in accordance with the provider's rules.
7.4 Bet Settlement
All bets are settled in accordance with the rules applicable at the time the bet was placed. If an error in settlement is identified, pt98 reserves the right to correct the settlement — including reversing funds already credited — within a reasonable period after the error is discovered.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pt98's liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 Termination by pt98
pt98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, or account inactivity. Where an account is closed due to a breach, pt98 may withhold any balance pending investigation, and confirmed fraudulent balances will be forfeited in their entirety.
12.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may request closure of your pt98 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, pt98 will process any remaining eligible Real Money Balance to your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding obligations. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
12.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. pt98 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts as stated in your account dashboard notifications. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied, providing an opportunity to reactivate the account.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pt98 holds its international operating license. This choice of law does not affect your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.
In the event of any dispute arising between you and pt98 in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate a dispute by contacting our support team at [email protected] with a written description of the issue, the outcome you are seeking, and any supporting evidence.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 calendar days, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognized arbitration rules in pt98's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Indonesian Players: By registering on pt98, you acknowledge that you are accessing this platform voluntarily and in accordance with your personal assessment of the laws applicable to you in Indonesia. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with any applicable local regulations.
pt98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
